       (6) If the certification client (or certificate holder)/relevant party fails to cooperate with the relevant state departments or certification bodies to take samples for testing in the market or in the sales place in accordance with the national promulgated or CQC-related Certification Implementation rules;
       (7) Information of certification certificate (such as name or address of applicant/producer/manufacturer, type or specification of certified products, etc.) has changed or there is evidence that the organizational structure and quality assurance system of the manufacturer have changed significantly, and the certification client (or certificate holder) has not applied to the certification authority for approval or filing of change;

       4. Treatment of specific cases

       (4) Certification trustees (certificate holders) may also apply directly to CQC for suspension or cancellation of certification certificates according to their actual conditions, and mail them to the CQC sub-centers or relevant departments under the factory, and the CQC sub-centers or relevant departments shall accept the applications directly after receiving them. However, for enterprises that fail to pass spot checks, they are not allowed to apply for cancellation certificates until they are qualified through rectification.

For products whose certificates have been cancelled or expired, products covered by certificates of export or import shall not continue to be exported or imported from the date of cancellation or expiration of certificates. Products covered by certificates of export or import may continue to be sold or used in other business activities. The certification client (or holder) shall stop using the certification certificate and certification marks, stop publicizing or declaring the certification information of the products involved in this notice.
       4. After the product certification certificate is revoked or cancelled, the certification trustee (certificate holder) shall return the original certificate to the product certification customer service center of CQC Integrated Business Department. The longest storage period is 3 years, and the certificate will be destroyed after the expiration of the certificate.

nbsp        8. What is the validity of the revoked or cancelled certificate and whether it can be restored or re-acquired?

       1. After the revocation of the certificate of product certification, it can not be restored for any reason. After rectification, the holder can apply to CQC for certification again in 6 months (and within 6 months, no certification authority will accept the Certification Commission of the product). For the products whose compulsory product certification has been revoked, the corresponding product type test report and factory inspection report are no longer valid. When accepting the certification application for holding product type test report and factory inspection report, CQC will strictly examine and confirm whether the product which has applied for certification has been revoked.
       2. After the certificate of product certification has been cancelled, it can not be restored for any reason. The certification client (certificate holder) may apply to the certification authority for re-certification. The type test report and factory inspection report of the product corresponding to the cancelled certificate are no longer valid.
       If the certificate is suspended due to quality problems (such as failure of factory inspection, unqualified sampling inspection, unqualified national and local sampling, etc.), the holder of the certificate will not be accepted to apply for cancellation of the corresponding certificate or all or part of the model specifications after the suspension of the certificate.

       9. How to determine the suspension period of product certification? Does it need to pay annuity during the suspension period? & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp;

       1. The suspension time limit shall be determined:
        (1) If the certification certificate is suspended by the certification trustee (certificate holder) for acceptable reasons such as seasonal production and production on order, the suspension time of the certification certificate shall be 12 months, and the application shall be submitted at least one month before the supervision and inspection; if the certificate is suspended due to the failure to pay the relevant fees, the application of the certificate shall be due to the application of the certification certificate.        (4) The suspension time shall be counted from the date on which the certification authority issues the suspension notice.
