CCC is the abbreviation of China Compulsory Cerlification, which refers to a system. Also called CCC certification or 3C certification. CQC is the abbreviation of China Quality Certification, which refers to a certification body. It is also an institution implementing CCC system. Now CQC undertakes more than 90% of the tasks of CCC.        

      CCC and CQC are two kinds of marks. CCC is the sign of China's compulsory certification. It belongs to the State Accreditation and Supervision Commission. The manufacturer of the products in the compulsory certification catalogue must apply for CCC certification. After the certification, the manufacturer must use CCC marks to sell.        

     The CQC logo is owned by the China Quality Certification Center. It can be used after it has been certified by the China Quality Certification Center.        
The same product with 3C certification can not get CQC certification, the same with CQC certification can not have 3C certification at the same time, but a factory can do two kinds of product certification (one product in the mandatory catalogue, one in the logo certification catalogue).

      3C certification is a compulsory certification system in our country. According to the administrative regulations of our country, as long as the manufacturer's products are in the 3C certification catalogue, they must be certified according to the national regulations, so that the products can be sold in the domestic market. Otherwise, they are illegal. If they are found by the local quality and technical supervision bureau, they will be fined or sealed up, and then they will be forced to close down and rectify.        
CQC certification is a voluntary certification in China. The state does not require compulsory certification. Generally, it is not in the 3C certification catalogue. Many products can do CQC certification. CQC certification manufacturers generally do it at the request of customers or for the purpose of market promotion. It should be noted that in the process of 3C certification, the whole machine factory often requires parts to provide CQC certification, so many parts manufacturers can only do CQC certification at the request of the whole machine factory.

      There is no intersection between the scope of 3C certification and the scope of CQC certification. That is to say, products that can be certified by 3C can not be certified by CQC, and products that can be certified by CQC can not be certified by 3C.
