Specific operation basic situation:

  The application for CCC certification is divided into written application and online application.

 The application form contains information about the applicant, manufacturer, manufacturer and product.

  Commodities of each model unit should be applied for separately.

  Commodities from different manufacturers of the same type should also be applied for separately.

Stage 1: Application Acceptance

  Upon receipt of an application that meets the requirements, the acceptance notice will be sent to the applicant, notifying the applicant to send or send relevant documents and information.

  At the same time, the certification authority sends relevant charges and notifications.

  The applicant shall provide the information to the certification authority as required.

  After payment, the applicant shall fill in the payment voucher as required.

Phase 2: Data review

  At the data review stage, product certification engineers need to divide applications into units.

  After unit division, if sample testing is required, the product certification engineer sends the sample sending notice and the corresponding payment notice to the applicant, and at the same time, notifies the applicant to send the sample receiving notice to the corresponding testing institution.

Phase 3: Sample reception

  Samples are sent directly to the designated testing institution by the applicant.

  After payment, the applicant shall fill in the payment voucher as required.

  Inspection institutions will check and accept the collected samples, fill in the sample acceptance report, and issue a sample rectification notice for the unqualified samples, and fill in the sample acceptance report after rectification.

  After the acceptance of the sample, the testing institution fills in the sample testing schedule and reports it to the certification authority.

  After the accreditation institution receives the progress of sample testing, after confirming the applicant's payment of relevant fees, it will issue a formal acceptance notice to the applicant, a test task letter to the testing institution, and the sample testing will begin formally.
